Catalina diden't print. NO worries!

So, your at the supermarket and you have an amazing deal! But your deal ending up so amazing depends on whether or not your Catalina prints out at the end. So, your standing there waiting almost holding your breath for your Catalina and it doesent print!? Now what?
Its actually super easy to deal with this dilemma. You can go to customer service and sometimes they will just give you a gift card in the same amount of the Catalina that didn't print. ( I love this scenario) But we all know that sometimes couponing is not that simple :p
The next thing you need to do is call 1-888-8COUPON make sure to have your receipt on hand b/c they will need some key information from it to retrieve your Catalina. The person on the phone will tell you it takes 6-8 weeks. I have had this happen about 3 times now and each time it has taken less then a week. Maybe I'm just lucky but I'm guessing that after 3 times that's a trend and I like it! The customer service reps are always amazing and they value their consumers, which is what customer service is all about right?
I just got a 4 dollar Catalina in the mail today from a Post Catalina Promotion that I did last week I belive..that's how fast they are! This is what it looks like
